What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically 300 pairs per style and colour for stock styles, and higher for fully custom developments where new moulds or exclusive materials are required. Mixed sizes within a style are fine — 300 pairs can be split across a normal size curve.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
Seven to ten working days after we confirm materials, for most constructions. Sample fees depend on the style and are usually credited against the bulk order.
Can you put our logo and packaging on the shoes?
Yes. Printed and woven labels, embossed or debossed logos, custom insoles, hangtags, polybags and printed shoeboxes are all standard requests. Send artwork and we will confirm the placement on the sample.
Which incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
FOB is the default; CIF, CFR and EXW are available. Standard terms are a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, confirmed on the proforma invoice. Specifics are agreed per order.
Can you consolidate several categories in one shipment?
Yes — this is one of the reasons buyers work with us. Women's boots, kids' sneakers and men's casual shoes can be produced in different lines and consolidated into one container with a single set of documents.
